Steers and heifers over 600 lbs sold unevenly steady throughout the week. Slaughter steers and heifers sold 3.00 to 4.00 lower in early week trading. Slaughter cows sold 1.00 lower and bull 5.00 lower. Demand was moderate to good on another week of heavy offerings. Some heifers getting commented as replacements with several groups not getting commented on top of different weights are more than likely heading back to the breeding pens this summer. Early week feedlot trade through the auctions saw a price decline but country trade on Friday was steady with last week at 232.00 live.
