Weekly Combined Cattle Report - Week ending May 24, 2019

Compared to last Friday, not enough stocker or feeder steers for an accurate
market test. Stocker and feeder heifers steady in a light test. Slaughter cows
4.00-5.00 lower as the Memorial Day push is over and supply exceeds demand.
Slaughter bulls steady. Slaughter cows 61 percent, slaughter bulls 10 percent, and
feeders 29 percent of the supply. The feeder supply included 28 percent steers and
72 percent heifers. Near 67 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
